1. Introduction
Welcome to SUPATMINI. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the supatmini.com website and all services we provide. By accessing this website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
SUPATMINI is a sole proprietorship based in Karanganyar, Central Java, Indonesia, working in software development and information technology services.

2. Definitions
- “We”/“SUPATMINI” refers to the service provider.
- “You”/“Client” refers to the individual or business using our services.
- “Services” include website & application development, WhatsApp Business API, hosting & VPS, payment gateway integration, and IT consulting.
3. Scope of Services
Every service starts with a discussion and needs assessment to make sure the solution fits your needs. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost are set out in a separate quote or agreement before work begins.
4. Work Process & Client Responsibilities
- The Client provides the information, materials (text, images, account access), and feedback needed, on time.
- Late materials or feedback may affect the timeline.
- The Client is responsible for making sure the content provided does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
5. Payment
- The payment scheme (down payment, installments, or full payment) is agreed at the start of the project.
- Subscription services (hosting, VPS, WhatsApp API) are billed periodically according to the selected plan.
- Services may be suspended if payments are overdue.
6. Intellectual Property
After full payment, rights to work made specifically for the Client are transferred to the Client, except for general components, third-party libraries, or frameworks, which remain subject to their own licenses. SUPATMINI may list the project in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
7. Warranty & Maintenance
We provide a monitoring warranty after handover: bugs and errors caused by our work are handled within the agreed warranty period at no extra cost. Changes in scope, new features, or damage caused by modifications by other parties are outside the warranty and may be charged separately.
8. Third-Party Services
Some of our services integrate with third-party providers (including Meta/WhatsApp, Google, payment gateways, and couriers). Use of those services is subject to each provider’s terms and policies, and their availability is outside our control.
9. Use of the WhatsApp Service (WA Gateway by SUPATMINI)
If you use the WA Gateway service (wa.supatmini.com) to send and receive messages through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, the following additional terms apply:
- You must comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Policy (including the Business Messaging Policy and the Commerce Policy).
- You may only message people who gave you their number and agreed to be contacted (opt-in), and you must honor requests to stop (opt-out).
- Spam, misleading messages, illegal content, and content that infringes the rights of others are prohibited.
- You are responsible for the content of messages sent from your account and for keeping your API tokens and account access confidential.
- Message charges billed by Meta for messages sent through the Cloud API are the responsibility of the WhatsApp Business account owner, at Meta’s current rates.
- We may suspend or terminate access if these terms or Meta’s policies are violated, or at Meta’s request.
- Message data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided with best effort and professional standards. To the extent permitted by law, SUPATMINI is not liable for indirect losses, data loss caused by the Client’s negligence, or disruptions originating from third-party providers.
11. Cancellation
If the Client cancels a project after work has started, fees for work already completed may not be refunded. Detailed cancellation terms follow the project agreement.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version applies from the moment it is published on this page.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
